Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultation before your first session.

This depends on your goals. Some clients find significant relief in 8–12 sessions; others benefit from ongoing care. We use PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5 measurement tools to track progress and make recommendations based on real outcomes.

All Clarity sessions are 100% virtual — conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. We serve Delaware residents only.

Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes. Couples sessions run 50-60 minutes. Initial intake sessions may be slightly longer.

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full session rate. Medicaid clients are not subject to cancellation fees per Medicaid policy.

We are in-network with Highmark BCBS, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Highmark Health Options (Medicaid), Meritain Health, and Medicare Part B. Self-pay and HSA/FSA are also accepted.

Yes. Mental health therapy is an eligible HSA/FSA expense. We can provide a superbill with CPT codes on request.

Our clinicians specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, grief & loss, and couples therapy using ERP, EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and the Gottman Method.

Our clinicians work with adults and teenagers aged 13 and up. We do not provide services for young children.
