OCD
Specialized treatment for intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold-standard approach for OCD. Working to break the cycles that have felt impossible to escape.
Trauma
Evidence-based trauma treatment to help process difficult experiences and reduce the hold they have on your present. Creating safety, building coping skills, and gently working through what happened at a pace that feels manageable.
Couples
Helping partners break through recurring conflicts, rebuild trust, and reconnect with what brought them together. Whether you are struggling with communication, navigating a major life transition, or feeling emotionally distant, couples work creates a structured space to understand each other more deeply and develop healthier patterns together.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
The gold-standard treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. Gradually and systematically facing feared situations while learning to resist compulsive responses, building lasting confidence and freedom from anxiety-driven patterns.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
A structured therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their emotional intensity. Using bilateral stimulation to unlock the mind's natural healing capacity, reducing the grip of past experiences on present-day thoughts, feelings, and reactions.
Couples Therapy (Gottman Method)
Research-based framework for strengthening relationships by improving communication, deepening friendship and intimacy, and developing constructive approaches to conflict that build rather than erode trust over time.
